NetPLUS Technologies Solutions

Experience has shown that consumers purchase solutions and not technological sophistication for its own sake. NPT has focused its R&D efforts on creating integrated products which provide energy independence at price points that offer a compelling business case for their adoption.

Space Heating Solutions

Replacing furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, radiators, etc., heat is drawn from the thermal reservoir as demanded. This heat can be distributed by radiant (baseboard, floor or ceiling) fluid-based systems or by forced-air ductwork. Outdoor temperature extremes, indoor temperatures desired, temperature variation tolerances, airborne contaminant and dust mitigation are among the factors which drive system component selections.

Air Conditioning Solutions

Converting heat ‘directly’ to cold is a well-understood process. Sorption chilling systems can offer attractive energy-saving alternatives to the more commonly used compressor-based systems.

NPT specifies for each type and size of structure the most cost-effective and energy-efficient system presently available. Future R&D and manufacturing efforts will focus on achieving higher efficiencies on “small” systems and further lowering production costs through economies of scale.

Water Heating Solutions

Domestic hot water (DHW) is provided by a stand-alone optimized reservoir, the temperature of which is maintained by drawing heat from the primary thermal reservoir. NPT engineers DHW reservoirs to provide an “unlimited” supply of hot water, commensurate with the size and intended use of each structure, for showers, washing machines and faucets, etc.

Electricity Production Solutions

Pico-scale generation of electricity can be achieved by adapting conventional Rankine cycle technology. NPT specifies only safe and efficient materials and technologies. Our designs eliminate the need for external energy inputs to provide space heating, air conditioning and water heating.
Thus, our structures’ electrical demands are minimal and a business case can sometimes be made supporting the specification of a PV array to power lights, computers and small appliances.
